Two things we do for other companies.

    You pay AWS, GCP or Vercel for managed services that a small team could run itself. We move them, one at a time, onto hardware you own or a plain VPS, and keep the security model intact.

    Agents that triage your inbox, chase leads and invoices and do your research, built on open-source software inside a sandbox: an allowlist, a hard spending cap, a log of every action, and your approval before anything risky.

Practice

Small scope, few dependencies, short path from decision to consequence.

We work on one thing at a time and stay responsible for it in production. Building and operating the same system means the trade-offs are ours to live with, which tends to produce more careful decisions than handing a release over the wall. The two services above are the parts of that practice other companies ask us for most.

Most of our effort goes into software we own and operate. We take on engagements where the problem fits the practice: a cloud exit, an agent setup, or an application architecture question close to either.
